Get started with Tixoola event ticketing
Tixoola is event ticketing software for live events. Create your site, connect your payment processor, publish an event, and scan QR codes at the door—without a monthly software bill on default rates.
1. Create your site
Sign up, name your organization, and pick event ticketing. You get a branded public site with your logo, colors, and event listings—no developer required.
2. Connect payments
Link Stripe, Square, or Authorize.Net. Ticket revenue settles to your merchant account. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App are available at checkout when your processor supports them.
3. Publish your first event
Add ticket types, capacity, presale codes if you need them, and go live. Share one link for online sales. Add-ons like merch or donations can sit in the same cart.
4. Scan at the door
Staff scan QR codes from any phone, look up will-call by name, and sell walk-up tickets on a tablet with a card reader. Online and box-office sales land in the same reports.
Getting started FAQ
Who is Tixoola for?
Tixoola is event ticketing software for venues, promoters, producers, schools, and community organizations that sell tickets to live events—not a consumer concert-discovery app.
How long does it take to go live?
Most organizers create a site and publish their first event in minutes. Connecting a payment processor and customizing branding can be done the same day.
Do we pay a monthly software subscription?
Default rates are usage-based: a per-ticket platform fee plus a percentage of the transaction, with no monthly software subscription. You pay when you sell.
Can we sell tickets at the door the same night?
Yes. Box office on a phone or tablet sells walk-up tickets, prints or texts them on the spot, and keeps those orders in the same settlement reports as online sales.
